OUR COMMITMENT
We stand behind BioScript completely. If our team cannot get the platform set up and working on your domain, you pay nothing.
SECTION 1 — 30-Day Setup Guarantee
If you experience a technical issue during setup that our team cannot resolve within 72 hours of you reporting it, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
To claim this:
- 1. Email hello@uniteelements.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — Setup Issue"
- 2. Describe the issue you are facing
- 3. Confirm that you have contacted our support team and the issue was not resolved
We will process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
SECTION 2 — What Is Covered
- ✅ Platform cannot be installed on your domain after our team attempts setup
- ✅ Critical functionality not working as described (reseller panel, license key generation, template builder)
- ✅ You report the issue within 30 days of purchase and our team cannot fix it within 72 hours
SECTION 3 — What Is NOT Covered
- ❌ "I changed my mind" or buyer's remorse after setup is completed
- ❌ Issues caused by your hosting provider going offline or your domain expiring
- ❌ Requests made after 30 days from the purchase date
- ❌ Issues caused by unauthorized modifications you made to the platform
- ❌ Failure to get clients or generate revenue — this is a business tool, not a guaranteed income system
- ❌ OTO purchases (White-Label, Done-For-You) where setup has already been completed and delivered

- • Confirmation that you contacted support and it was not resolved

SECTION 5 — Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.
